DECODENCE

This project is an exploration of print design and it’s application to everyday objects. The focus was on the aesthetics of Art Deco architecture in New York City. The fabrication of this room was an opportunity to learn new skillsets and connecting with artisans around the world to bring these prints to life. The immersive installation was designed to express the taste and personality of the woman who lives in it; Decodence in and of itself is a self portrait of the artist.
